James is a proud Sydney Roosters fan who connected with Friendly Plumbing through the ROOSTERS20 offer for Forever Roosters Day.
The offer gave Roosters members and fans 20% off a plumbing job. It was part of Friendly Plumbing owner Jake Friend’s ongoing link with the club he played more than 250 games for.
When James had a problem with his sink at his Randwick home, he decided to call the Friendly team.

Friendly Plumbing spoke with James about the job and the options available. James said the team took the time to understand what he wanted. They also explained the pros and cons of his choice before the work began.

Friendly plumber Max then visited James’s home and worked on the sink.

James Meets Jake Friend
As a Roosters fan, James later had the chance to meet Friendly Plumbing owner and former Sydney Roosters captain Jake Friend.
James spoke with Jake about the service he received and the work Max carried out at his Randwick home. The meeting brought the Roosters connection full circle. James had supported the club, booked Friendly Plumbing through the Forever Roosters Day offer and then shared his experience directly with Jake.
